Gather Data and Insights We worked directly with DHHS and Gippsland PHN to gather data and insights. Analysed Data We analysed all the data we had received and identified a range of themes and trends. Hosted workshop We hosted a workshop that attracted a broad range of health experts, government representatives and communities. Reflected on what we learned We reflected on what we learned at the workshop and shared feedback with participants. Identified 5 key areas We identified 5 key areas for action. Responded to COVID-19 We responded to the COVID-19 state of emergency and paid close attention to systems innovations. Our work continues....
